Our provisions lineup brings together a thoughtful mix of house-made and globally sourced staples: pickled vegetables, salsas, jams, and spice blends from Dubai, Oman, and Sri Lanka, alongside fresh sweets from local bakeries and in-house packaged snacks. We’re also proud purveyors of premium seafood, including José Gourmet seacuterie. Beyond the pantry, you’ll find unique gifts, serving plates, fermentation jars, curated hosting pieces, and a selection of Chef Eduardo’s favorite cookbooks.
At Truckee Food Shop, we don’t stock random products just to fill a shelf. Every item in our provisions lineup is something we cook with, stand behind, and use to elevate the food we serve at events. Think of this section as your shortcut to a better kitchen — thoughtfully sourced staples that deliver real quality, not supermarket compromise.

Pantry Service
TFS will stock your kitchen with some of Chef Eduardo’s favorite provisions before you or your guests arrive for a weekend or holiday (prepared meals, pickled vegetables, healthy snacks, wine, etc.)
House Account
We will prepare custom meals that you can pick up weekly on Wednesdays. This is a signature service linked to a credit card on file.
